Baked Cinnamon Cream Cheese Dip
WITH HARVEST PUMPKIN or SWEET POTATO CHIPS
Here's a quick hot and sweet dip to serve during colder winter months. It pairs amazingly with
Food Should Taste Good's Harvest Pumpkin Chips
and their
Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips! I couldn't stop snacking on them, so I made enough dip to serve 8 as an appetizer, even though it was only me and Eric in the apartment. haha!
Yields: 8 servings
1 8oz package of light cream cheese (softened)
3 tablespoon of unsalted butter (softened)
1/3 cup of light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
With an electric handheld mixer cream together cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla, syrup, cinnamon and salt, making sure everything is well combined.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a small baking dish, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees or until the dip is bubbly and browned on top.
