PUMPKIN PUREE?STUFF IT INSIDE THESE AMAZING CINNAMON ROLLS !
I’ve already rambled on to you about my sudden and premature seasonal love affair with fall, and here is another snippet of my sinful indulgences of the not-even-here-yet season. Except when I say “sinful” and “indulgent” I should clarify that I actually have no belief that there is anything BAD about eating these Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls Glazed with Banana frosting! If you follow my Instagram you probably know that I made these rolls with the exclusive intent of giving one of the cinnamon rolls away as a gift to my dear Boston friend. Obviously, Eric got one too, and after those rationings, I froze four additional buns. But if you do the math correctly, that left two whole cinnamon rolls both at least 4.5 in in girth designated just for me. MY BELLY ALONE. And nope, no regrets. In my heart, I believe fall requires a diet comprised of at least a few things that will stick to your ribs. Hearty things that will keep you warm in the coming winter for survival. And my justifications are: 1.) I live in Boston (a place no stranger to blanketing winters and back-to-back blizzards), 2.) global warming(!!!), 3.) hefty jackets that leave EVERYTHING up for the imagination + extra pockets for snacks…..and my final excuse, 4.) I’m in Grad school, so I need CONSTANT brain food. I could think of more if required, but for me, I was sold at global warming.
