Day #2 of my Juice Cleanse
I didn’t exactly elaborate much in writing yesterday on my idea to start this cleanse, I mostly just thought it to myself. Now I’m announcing it. I just wanted to do a simple juice cleanse challenge-type-thing, to replace one meal a day with a fresh produce juice for one entire week–not much of a difficult “challenge”. Ever since I started meditating again, there’s been some pain in different parts of my body. I’m pretty sure they are emotional blocks and buildups from earlier in life that are finally releasing themselves. I want to help my body work through them. Right now I feel like my mind is much stronger than my body, and I’m pushing for my body to be on the same level. I think the news of my friend passing was just an extra push to help me make the decision to do something. Anything to work toward that goal.
My family and I, we do this funny but amazing, thing: we group text each other all throughout the day with motivational videos, memes, quotes, lectures, recommended books, and meditation videos to help each other stay on track with our goals for living happy, fulfilling lives. It’s such an enormous gift to have that type of support and encouragement constantly coming into my text mailbox. I think it’s such a rich well of positivity, that I thought to myself, “I’m sure other people can really use this gift too…maybe they don’t have consistent support. And they should.” So I’ve decided to make a motivation page, and share the things that remind me to stay inspired, to continue to work hard for my dreams, the things that teach me how to attract a beautiful life, and those things that help me remember the most important things worth living for, Every single person should have a well like that.
